Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging with all components intact
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used mattresses, pillows, or hygiene-sensitive items
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products marked as final sale or clearance
3. Promotional Gifts
If your purchase included a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned in mint, unused condition. If the gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the store credit issued.
4. Exchanges
Customers may exchange returned items for other products of equal or lesser value. If the selected replacement is of higher value, the price difference must be paid in cash. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Refund Format
All approved returns will be refunded as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Store credit is typically issued immediately after item inspection.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our fault (e.g., defective or wrong item), we will cover return shipping.
- For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A HK$500 return shipping fee applies.
- Any additional logistics charges such as staircase handling fees, remote area surcharges, or special access arrangements must also be borne by the customer if the return is not due to our fault.
7. Return Procedure

- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Prepare the item for pickup or delivery according to the instructions provided.
- Once inspected and approved, store credit will be issued and shown on your invoice.
