Overview
We offer delivery across Hong Kong for eligible orders, including both online and in-store display products.
📦 Delivery Time
- All in-stock mattresses and items delivered within 3 business days.
- Delivery days: Monday to Saturday.
- You can choose a preferred delivery date at checkout; our team will confirm the time window.
💰 Shipping Costs
- Free delivery for orders over HK$2,000.
- Orders below HK$2,000: HK$70 delivery fee.
- Additional surcharges (per order unless otherwise stated):
- Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Lung Kwu Tan, Stanley, Repulse Bay, Sai Kung: +HK$150
- Discovery Bay: +HK$350
- Village houses or special access zones: contact us for a quote
Notes: Free delivery threshold applies after discounts. Parking, tunnel, or estate access fees (if any) may be charged at cost.
🏗️ Stair & Push Distance Charges
- No lift access:
- Mattress: HK$200–250 per floor
- Bed frame: HK$250 per floor
- Distance from truck to building: HK$50 per 50 m (first 50 m included).
🔁 Rescheduling or Missed Deliveries
- To reschedule, contact us at least 7 working days in advance.
- Late changes or failed delivery attempts: HK$200 redelivery/admin fee.
🛏️ In-store Display Products
- Items marked “on display in store” are eligible for delivery.
- Same shipping fees and policies apply.
🕘 Delivery Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Morning window: 10:00 – 16:00
- Afternoon window: 14:00 – 19:00
- Our logistics team will reach out to confirm your delivery time.
♻️ Old Mattress Disposal
- Available on request; charges apply. Please enquire when booking delivery.
💰 送貨收費
- 訂單滿 HK$2,000 可享免費送貨。
- 不足 HK$2,000：收取 HK$70 運費。
- 偏遠地區附加費（除特別註明外，按每張訂單計）：
- 東涌、馬灣、龍鼓灘、赤柱、淺水灣、西貢：加 HK$150
- 愉景灣：加 HK$350
- 村屋或特殊通道地區：請與我們聯絡報價
備註：免費送貨門檻以折扣後金額計算。若需額外泊車、隧道或屋苑進出費用，或會按實報實銷收取。
🏗️ 樓梯費及推路費
- 無升降機情況：
- 床褥：每層 HK$200–250
- 床架：每層 HK$250
- 由貨車至大樓距離：超過 50 米部分每 50 米加收 HK$50（首 50 米已包括）。
